Events of the North launch ISO-TONIC to help you #justkeeprunning

    Here at Events of the North we know many of you are concerned about how you are going to keep the training up over the coming weeks so we thought we’d help you stay connected and motivated while training solo using our Events of the North ISO-TONIC.

    Join us for THREE free fitness classes per week, to be streamed live on Facebook designed by runners for runners. Featuring some very special guest appearances! Check out the schedule below and make sure you tune in. Get connected and make sure you #justkeeprunning

    Virtual Victory 5K – Every SATURDAY through Strava
    On Saturdays we race! Either record your times for personal progress or share online to enter our leader-board! Make sure you join our NEW club on Strava, just search Events of the North and get connected!

    Join the team with an Events of the North sweatband!

    We have some #justkeeprunning sweatbands on the way so you can be part of the team anywhere in the country. These will cost £10 to buy, and in return for your support you will be given a £5 voucher to use against entry into any of our events in 2020 and 2021. Immediate orders will be delivered in 2 weeks once stock arrives. 

    Share your photos of taking part in one of our sessions or out on your runs with us and each week we’ll pick a #justkeeprunning hero who will receive a training booster pack in the post plus a free race entry!

    Monday 30th March 7pm 
    Matty’s Monday – a weekly dose of exercises for runners with ex GB Athlete and EOTN team member Matty Hynes

    Wednesday 1st April 10am
    Weightman’s Wednesday – the first of some weekly strength and conditioning exercises to do from home with GB 1500m athlete Laura Weightman

    Friday 3rd April 10am
    Special Guest Friday – our first special guest, GB Athlete Tom Lancashire will be answering your questions about training from home LIVE!
